    Collection includes identification documents of William Steiner, one photograph of members of the Vienna Maccabi Sportsclub with William Steiner's sister, and one photograph of William Steiner and his sister. The identification documents contain: one Schuelerausweiskarte, issued in Vienna on October 25, 1933, one Deutsches Reich Reispass, issued in Vienna on August. 25, 1938; one Deutches Reich Kennkarte, issued on January 30, 1939; and one Ausschliessungsschein, issued in Vienna, on August 5, 1939.

  7. Dried flowers kept within a memorial book saved by a Hungarian Jewish family while in hiding

    Dried flowers preserved from the funeral for Samu Kornhauser by his widow Malvina. She pressed the flowers in the memorial book, Emlekezesek Konyvet, [Book of Remembrance] between pages 34 and 35. The book is record 1999.282.4. The book was preserved during World War II by Malvina, her daughter Margit Pick, her husband Istvan and son Gyorgy. Malvina, ten year old Gyorgy, and his parents lived in hiding in Budapest, Hungary, from November 1944-January 1945. It is a description of what Eichmann told his subordinates as Berlin was under siege.
