  1. Louis de Groot family collection

    The collection consists of beads, beadwork, two containers, a calendar, and an autograph book relating to the experiences of Rachel de Groot and her brother Louis de Groot during the Holocaust while in hiding in the Netherlands, and a wall hanging relating to the experiences of their mother, Sophia de Groot, before the Holocaust in Arnhem. The collection also includes original and copyprint photographs related to the wartime experiences of Louis de Groot. Includes photos of a child who was in hiding with de Groot. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

    The collection consists of a charm and a ring relating to the experiences of Erika Taubner and her family in Budapest, Hungary, before, during, and after the Holocaust.

  3. Kurt Fuchel collection

    The collection consists of Boy Scout badges awarded for different tasks and a lanyard worn by Kurt Fuchel in England during the time of the Holocaust.

  4. Herman Goldberg collection

    Consist of one photograph and one leaflet relating to Herman Goldberg, Marty Glickman, and the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, Germany. The leaflet welcomes participants to the Olympic Village, is signed by Reichs Minister of War, von Blomberg, Field Marshal, and includes comments from Herman Goldberg [donor]. The photograph, with attached typewritten comment by the donor, depicts Marty Glickman, and Herman Goldberg at the Berlin Olympic Stadium, 1936. Also includes three books relating to the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, Germany.

  5. John Shields collection

    The collection consists of postage stamps of varying values issued by the Deutsches Reich.

  6. Sidney Tick collection

    The collection consists of a Cross of Honor of the German Mother medal with case, photographs of Dachau concentration camp, a pamphlet on the liberation of Buchenwald concentration camp, and a typewritten letter with envelope relating to the experiences of Sidney Tick while serving with the United States Army in Europe during World War II.

  7. Alain Morley collection

    The collection consists of two Scoutisme Français [Boy Scouts in France] badges relating to the history of the Eclaireurs Israélites de France and Eclaireuses et Eclaireurs Unionistes de France during the war in German occupied France.

  8. Nowak family collection

    The collection consists of a wardrobe and folding chair used to hide a Jewish child during the Holocaust.

  9. Kugelman family collection

    The collection consists of photographs of the Kugelman family and friends in Bedzin, Poland from 1930-1942; a photograph album which belonged to Bela Kugelman Navon that she took with her to Palestine in 1935; and a pendant that was made in 1945 in Germany with the image of Joel and Judyta Kugelman on one side and Abba Englard on the other

  10. Walter E. Hunkler collection

    The collection consists of two cameras, camera accessories, a cloth pouch, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Walter E. Hunkler, medical technician, 160th Field Artillery Battalion, 45th Infantry Division, United States Army in combat in Europe during World War II, including the liberation of Dachau concentration camp in Germany.

  11. Leo Haas collection

    The collection consists of seventeen artworks created by Leo Haas depicting scenes from concentration camps based upon his experiences during the Holocaust.

  12. Helen and Joseph Matlow family collection

    The collection consists of a blanket, cooking pot, shirt, long underwear, and photograph relating to the experiences of Helen and Joseph Matlow and their family before and during the Holocaust in Poland, and afterwards in the Eggenfelden displaced persons camp in Germany.

    The collection consists of propaganda posters circulated by the Nazi-collaborationist government in France during World War II.

    The collection consists of military insignia, sketches, correspondence, documents, pamphlets, photographs, and photographic negatives relating to the experiences of Dr. Salomon Slowes, a veteran of the Polish Army of the East and the Second Polish Corps, British Army, before, during, and after World War II.

  15. Joel Kaye collection

    The collection consists of photographs as well as two letters received by Joseph Krakower and Cecile Krakower from Aron (Armand) Krakower who was interned in Pithiviers internment camp in France. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

  16. Karl Schwesig collection

    The collection consists of seventeen drawings, three watercolors, and 1 typed manuscript created by Karl Schwesig before and after the Holocaust when he was arrested in Dusseldorf, Germany, for anti-Nazi activity and for being a Communist, and incarcerated in multiple internment and prison camps in German and then France, as well as works relating to his wartime experiences done when he returned to Dusseldorf after the war.

  17. Zydowski Instytut Historyczny im. Emanuela Ringelbluma collection

    The collection consists of seventy-eight pieces of scrip and sixteen coins issued in the Łódź (Litzmannstadt) ghetto in German occupied Poland, one bar of soap, and one flight logbook from the Nationalsozialistisches Fliegerkorps used during World War II.

    The collection consists of a photograph album documenting a 1944 exhibition in London, England, entitled, "Germany -- the Evidence", organized by Marcel Mayer-Astruc. The collection also includes an envelope and photographs relating to the 1944 exhibition, "Germany--the Evidence," in London, England, created by Marcel Mayer-Astruc. The envelope is labeled with a printed return address, "INBEL..London."
