  1. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Hostouň

    The fonds contains archival materials from the lowest instance of judicial administration in the annexed border region in 1938–1945. In the library requests from 1940 it is possible to trace archival materials documenting the dissolution of the Jewish Religious Community in Mutěnín and the entrusting of its property to the care of the Aufbaufond (box 74), as well as documents attesting to the transfer of Jewish assets to the municipality in 1940 (box 76).

  2. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Úštěk

    The archival fonds comprises documents resulting from the activities of the court operating in the Úštěk Judicial District in 1938-1945. In the fonds's inventory we find reference to the Jewish matters only under inv. No. 13 – Jewish debts 1940-1942. Jewish-related documents can also be founded in the unarranged part of the fonds in the collection of deeds for the land books, which also contains documents of transfers of property originally belonging to Jewish owners (private and legal persons).

  3. Agricultural Office of Mariánské Lázně

    The fonds includes archival records resulting from the activities of the Agricultural Office of Mariánské Lázně. The archival records related to the Jewish population or to its property can be found throughout the entire fonds. The most interesting ones may be those stored under inv.   4. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice

    The fonds contains incompletely preserved documents from the activity of the Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice and affiliated Sondergericht (Special Court). The fonds contains books with company records held according to district courts from 1939–1945 (inv. № 462–489), which document ownership changes in the companies of individuals and joint stock companies in 1939–1945.

  6. Walzel Brothers Limited Partnership, Poříčí (near Trutnov)

    The extant records are important sources for the history of the flax industry in the Trutnov region. Meeting minutes of the company's general meetings are primary sources for its history, even though the records from 1935–1943 are incomplete and fragmentary. Section two contains important, albeit modest, reports on the work of prisoners of war and of female Jewish labourers at the firm.

  7. Jewish Religious Community of Pardubice

    This fonds contains lists of Jews living in the Pardubice domain at the end of the 18th century, the community's statutes including amendments (1874, 1977, 1896, 1936), meeting minutes, election records, personnel records, a list of war refugees (1914–1918), construction records (including for the construction of a synagogue), burial society records, and draft texts on the history of the Jews in Pardubice.     The fonds contains records, information and mailing of the commission, records of the commission meetings, administration files, documents copies, above all Nazi criminals extradition requests, documents about Nazi judges, war criminal lists etc.

  9. Landrat (District Councillor) of Kraslice

    The fonds includes incomplete archival materials of the political administration of the district of Kraslice from the period of the German occupation, mainly a construction agenda and files relating to businesses, control of the self-government, education and social care. Sources to the history of Jews can be found mainly in documents relating to abolishing businesses in 1938-1939 (inv. No. 36) and the exclusion from citizenship from 1938-1945 (inv. No. 63). There are also preserved materials from the 1939 census of persons and businesses.

    The fonds contains documents of the Soběslav District Court from the years 1850-1949 (1951) concerning the civil and criminal agendas, as well as the agenda for the establishment of new land registers. As part of the inheritance agenda (file no. D), there are the inheritance proceedings of Jews who died during World War II, for example in concentration camps, dealt with especially in 1946.

    The fonds contains documents of the local self-government, deeds, official books, files and accounting material. Information on Jews can be found in individual items in the thematic group Religious life in the town, Jews, 1850-1943; and Persecution of Jews, 1920-1945.

  12. Landrat (District Councillor) of Lanškroun

    The archival fonds include official sources, among others adjustments of the occupation border, personal and organizational matters, trade, registry and financial matters of the municipalities and the district. Two inventory numbers are related to the Jewish history: Aryanization of the Tutsch and Neffe Jamné (Sobkovice) Jewish company and Handling the property of elements inimical to the German Reich, Czech and Jews – general regulations, correspondence.

  13. Deutsche Ansiedlungsgesellschaft (German Settlement Company) – Branch in Karlovy Vary

    The fonds includes archival records resulting from the activities of the Karlovy Vary branch of the German Settlement Company. The fonds is not inventoried nor arranged. Given the nature of the office one can find archive records related to the Jewish population, and especially to its land property, throughout the entire fonds. The fonds mainly includes official correspondence, reports on the management of farms, accounting records, settlement maps and land sheets and extracts thereof.

  14. Reichs Prosecutor´s Office of Litoměřice

    The fonds contains files of the judicial agenda from the district of the Land Court Litoměřice. General and collective files are preserved in the fonds, as well as staff files.   15. District Gendarmerie Headquarters of Trutnov

    The archival fonds of the Trutnov District Gendarmerie Headquarters contains records from 1938. As the records are kept in a single box, it may be assumed that they are only a fraction of the creator's original files. All that has been preserved are various reports of crimes and offences.     The preserved official agenda makes it possible to become familiar with the administrative breakdown of the community, and also contains circulars and regulations, official memoranda and all manner of summaries and statistics and correspondence with rural communities.   19. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Teplice nad Metují

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Teplice nad Metují District Court Administration (for the towns of Teplice nad Metují and Stárkov and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region). The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Teplice and Stárkov Districts was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community.
