    The fonds contains documents of the regular agenda of the regional court in the period of occupation. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. Court files – Bankruptcies are preserved from 1938–1942 (inv. № 13). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to district courts from 1939-1945 (inv. № 15–36) and files of individual companies (inv. № 41).

  3. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Liberec

    The fonds contains documents from the activity of the Reichs regional court. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. Court files – Bankruptcies are preserved from 1938–1940 (inv. № 35). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to official courts from 1939–1945 (inv. no. 37–68) and files of individual companies (inv. № 71–74).

  4. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Linz – branch in Český Krumlov

    In the files of the criminal, civil and administrative agendas there is only one case concerning a Jewish defendant: No. Vr 243/41 (Blaha Sara, housewife, from Benešov nad Černou, accused of not using her first Jewish name and not getting her Kennkart (personal ID)).

  5. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice

    The fonds contains incompletely preserved documents from the activity of the Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice and affiliated Sondergericht (Special Court). The fonds contains books with company records held according to district courts from 1939–1945 (inv. № 462–489), which document ownership changes in the companies of individuals and joint stock companies in 1939–1945.

  6. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Most

    The fonds contains documents from the activity of the regional court in the period of the occupation. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. This concerns court files: Bankruptcies from 1939–1942 (inv. № 256, 257), Bankruptcy settlement from 1940–1941 (inv. № 258). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to Amtsgerichts (district courts) from 1939–1945 (inv. № 273-295).

  7. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Trutnov

    The fonds contains documents of justice administration from the occupation period and sorted in accordance with individual cases that the court addressed, and offers a view into the functioning of the then administration of justice. Unfortunately, documents of racial segregation were not preserved. Nevertheless, the Jews are mentioned in other writings that deal with divorce proceedings of mixed marriages of Germans with Jews.     The fonds contains court materials from the time of the occupation of southern Moravia by Nazi Germany.   10. Landrat (District Councillor) of Aš

    The fonds contains record and accounting books, registry finding aids and files from the activity of the office of German state administration on the territory of the Sudetenland for the district Aš. In the section containing matters from the area of competence of the alien police, under inv. № 132 there are applications of Czech and Jewish firms for the return of property from 1939.     The fonds contains documents concerning the political administration of the Bílina district in 1938-1945. The Jewish population is mentioned in the following files: Registering Jewish property 1938-1939 (inv. No. 38), the Aryanization - Jews in the Bílina district 1939 (inv. No. 50), Jewish synagogues - the canceled ones, trades for Jews 1939 (inv. No. 52), Religious communities 1939 (inv. No. 63), Criminal police - Jewish half-breeds in the ranks of the police 1940-1945 (inv. No. 66).

  12. Landrat (District Councillor) of Broumov

    The fonds includes archival fonds of political administration of Broumov District (Broumov and Teplice nad Metují Judicial Districts in the period of the Nazi occupation. The inventory consists of only very brief records, in them among others mentions, see inv. No. 104 (sign. II-C/60) Anti-Jewish demonstrations 1938, inv. No. 114 (sign.   13. Landrat (District Councillor) of Český Krumlov

    The fonds includes fragments of the District Councillor's office (Landrat) that managed a part of the former district of Český Krumlov. Information on Jewish history can be found in files concerning Jewish property: buying and selling of real estate, 1940-1941 (box 13, call No. L 203/1), Aryanization of Jewish assets, 1938-1942 (box 14, call No. L 601). The register of Jews from 1943 is also an important source (box 15, call No. POL s.n.). Documents concerning the Jewish population may also be found in other parts of the fonds not mentioned here.

  14. Landrat (District Councillor) of Cheb

    The fonds contains record and accounting books, registry finding aids and files from the activity of the office of German state administration on the territory of the Sudetenland for the district Cheb. In the section Kult I – School matters, under inv. № 308 there are files concerning the teaching of Gypsy and Jewish children from 1940–1944. Under inv. № 329 files are kept about school matters of Jews from 1939.

    The fonds includes a fraction of the preserved material of the Landrat (District Councillor) Frýdlant, in particular police matters, registry agenda and allocation of apartments to the persons with bombed out dwellings.
