All the documents of the Český Krumlov branch of the Reichs Regional Court in Linz have been preserved in the registry of the local district court. In 1959, the workers of the Krumlov archives arranged the materials and handed them over to the Třeboň archives. The fonds is incomplete. Some of the documents were probably transferred to Germany at the end of the war and some were irretrievably lost in the first years after 1945.

In the files of the criminal, civil and administrative agendas there is only one case concerning a Jewish defendant: No. Vr 243/41 (Blaha Sara, housewife, from Benešov nad Černou, accused of not using her first Jewish name and not getting her Kennkart (personal ID)).
Sposób uporządkowania
The fonds has been arranged. It includes 16 registry finding aids (main books, registers and lists of names), and 78 boxes of court files of the administrative, civil and criminal agendas. The inventory scheme corresponds to the original registry system. The 1961 inventory did not meet the modern requirements and was rearranged in 2004, when the fonds was completed with a newly found material.
