Acquisition
The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2017 by the family of Frederick Gratwick, Jr., facilitated by his nephew and niece Davies Nagel and Marta Nagel Burrows.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of a concentration camp coat and two pairs of pants, relating to the experiences of Frederick Gratwick, Jr., an American military administrator, at Dachau concentration camp after the Holocaust.
