The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2002 by Luigi Lucaccini.
Scope and Content
"Mein Kampf"" and "Adolf Hitler: Bilder Aus Dem Leben Des Fuhrers." The copy of "Mein Kampf" was published in 1941 and given to a young couple Eck-Gerritsma on the occassion of their wedding, and was signed by the mayor of the town of Beuderich in Westfalia, Germany; dated July 1, 1942. "Adolf Hitler": 1936 album from Germany containing propaganda photographs describing "life of the Fuehrer" and disseminated by a cigarette company with photographs pasted in by the buyers; The album was later found in Germany by an American GI and dated May 6, 1945.
