Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Circular dated 29 December 1939 issued by Rumkowski and the community offices: Rumkowski reminds the heads of the various department that they must prepare lists of their workers and forward them to Mr. Jackobson Directive that the department heads should also prepare activities reports regarding their departments and forward them to Mr. Jackobson so Mr. Jackobson can transfer the reports to the German authorities.
