M.52.TsDIALU - Documentation from the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv Documentation in this Sub-Record Group includes many documents from the period before World War II, including personal files of professors from the University of Lwow, letters and documentation of Metropolite Andrzej Szeptycki, official documentation and legal documentation regarding members of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), lists of Jewish residents who voted [in the elections] for the Polish Sejm, lists of voters in the elections for the Jewish Community Council in Lwow, lists of Jews who were buried in the Jewish cemetery in Lwow during 1941-1942 (included is information about the submission of the lists from the Regional Archives of Ukraine in Lwow to Yad Vashem, in an article in the "Maariv" newspaper, 20 February 1992).

M.52.TsDIALU - תיעוד מהארכיון המרכזי הממלכתי ההיסטורי של Ukraine ב-Lviv תולדות הארכיון: הארכיון הוקם בנובמבר 1939 תחת השם "הארכיון המרכזי לתעודות עתיקות ב-Lwow". הארכיון היה תחת סמכותה של המחלקה הארכיונית של NKVD USSR במחוז Lwow. בארכיון נשמר התיעוד של רשויות העיר החל ממאה ה-14, תיעוד של בתי דין עירוניים ואזוריים בין המאות ה-15 - 18 וחומרים ארכיונים אחרים. ב-24 ליוני 1941 הארכיון עבר רה-אירגון והפך להיות אחד מסניפיו של הארכיון המרכזי הממלכתי ההיסטורי של רפובליקת אוקראינה. ברם, בעקבות פרותץ מלחמת עולם השנייה ההוראה לא יצאה לפועל. בתקופת הכיבוש הנאצי הארכיון שימש תור ארכיון עירוני והיה כפוף למחלקה הארכיונית של גנרל-גוברנמן של Krakow. בשנים 1943 - 1944 חומרים ארכיוניים רבים נשלחו לגרמניה, אבל לאחר מכן מרביתם הושב. משנת 1946 הארכיון שוב החל לפעול בתור סניף של ההארכיון המרכזי הממלכתי ההיסטורי. בין השנים 1947 - 1950 החל תהליך של הפרדת התיעוד בין הארכיון ההיסטורי לבין הארכיון המללכתי המחוזי ב-Lwow. ביולי 1992 השם של הארכיון שונה ל"הארכיון המרכזי הממלכתי ההיסטורי של אוקראינה ב-Lwow". תיעוד תת-החטיבה מכיל מסמכים רבים מהתקופה שלפני פרוץ מלחמת העולם השניה: תיקים אישיים של פרופסורים מאוניברסיטת Lwow, מכתבים ותיעוד של המיטרופוליט Andrzej Szeptycki, תיעוד רשמי ומשפטי בעניין חברי ה-OUN- ארגון הלאומנים האוקראינים, רשימות תושבים יהודים שבחרו לסיים הפולני, רשימות בוחרים בבחירות למועצת הקהילה היהודית ב-Lwow, רשימות יהודים שנקברו בבית הקברות היהודי ב-Lwow בשנים 1942-1941 (מצורפת ידיעה על מסירת הרשימות מארכיון Lwow ליד ושם מעתון "מעריב" מ-20 בפברואר 1992).
