Historia

In 1925, the Chamber of Trade and Manufacture was established in Thessaloniki and in 1940, under the 2429/1940 Greek State Law, it was divided into two distinctive organizations and as a result of this division, the Thessaloniki's Chamber of Handicrafts (TCH) was created. Since then, TCH registers any handcrafting activity inside the city of Thessaloniki. In its 85 years of continuous operation, TCH is associated with all the major economic events of the country, providing a thorough overview of the city's activity throughout the years.

TCH is located at the 3rd floor of a historical building situated in one of the most popular pedestrian streets in Thessaloniki at 27, Aristotelous Str.

Since 1940, the TCH holds records of its members, thus creating a unique archive for the manufacturing activity of Thessaloniki.
