History
Born 1910 in Prague. Died 1944 in Auschwitz. Member of the Council of the Elders of the Jews in Terezín and head of the Financial Department. Leading figure in the resistance in Terezín. Transported to Terezín in November 1941. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944.
