History

Born 1905 in Prague. Died 1965 in Prague. Polák worked in the Central Registration Office in Terezín and managed to save several documents and transport lists from Terezín. After the war he published articles about Terezín. Transported to Terezín in December 1941. Liberated in Terezín in May 1945.
