This fonds contains several relevant files, mainly with regards to the question of Jewish refugees. File nr. 531 contains documents concerning requests from Jewish institutions for exchange of refugees between the Netherlands and Belgium (1939-1941). Documents (dated 1939-1940) regarding the granting of permission to the Comité voor Bijzondere Joodsche Belangen (Committee for Special Jewish Interests) to exchange minor refugees with Belgium can be found in file 912.
