  1. Abraham Rijksman collection

    The collection consists of five drawings relating to the experiences of Abraham Rijksman while living in hiding in the Netherlands during the Holocaust.

  2. Joseph Hauptman collection

    The collection consists of medals, medal certificates relating to the experiences of Joseph Hauptman as a soldier in the Soviet Army and the Czechoslovak Army Abroad during World War II and an identification card relating to the experiences of Frida Lerner in Mauthausen concentration camp during and after the Holocaust.

  3. Herbert Karliner family collection

    The collection consists of correspondence and prayer books relating to the experiences of Herbert Karliner and his family who fled Germany on the ill-fated voyage of the MS St. Louis, were separated after their return to France, when Herbert and his brother Walter were placed in a children's home and his parents, Martha and Josef, and two sister, Ilse and Ruth, were deported and killed in Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.

  4. Isaac Kornowski family collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Paul and Pnina Kornowski and their families as German-Jewish immigrants to France before, during, and after the Holocaust.

  5. Alexander Stankiewicz collection

    The collection consists of artifacts and documents relating to the experience of Alexander Stankiewicz in Mauthasuen concentration camp in Austria during the Holocaust.

  6. Roger Francois collection

    The collection consists of medals, books, a diary, and a scrapbook relating to the experience of Roger Francois in the Belgian resistance and in Buchenwald and Flossenburg concentration camps during the Holocaust.

  7. Sophia Kalski collection

    The collection consists of paintings created by Sophia Kerpholz Kalski from 1981-1994 about her experiences in the ghettos in Lwow and Trembowla, Poland (Lviv and Terebovlia, Ukraine), and her life as a child living in hiding during the Holocaust.

  8. Sophia Kalski and Sarah Kerpholz collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, documents, and photographs relating to the experience of Sophia Kalski and Sarah Kerpholz while living in Trembowla and in hiding in Poland during the Holocaust.

  9. Martin Niemoeller collection

    The collection consists of a Continental typewriter with cover and and three books relating to the experiences of Martin Niemoeller before and during World War II in Germany, including the years when he was imprisoned in Dachau concentration camp.

  10. Simon Gelbart collection

    The collection consists of shoemaking tools relating to the experiences of Simon Gelbart in Poland before the war and in Poland and the Soviet Union, including forced labor service with the Soviet Army, during World War II.

  11. Uri Orlev collection

    The collection consists of a drawing and photographs relating to the experiences of Jurek Orlowski, (Uri Orlev) and his brother, Kazimierz, before and during the Holocaust in Warsaw, Poland, and after the Holocaust in Palestine.

  12. Meir Baum and Issachar Ilan collection

    The collection consists of a drawing and documents relating to the experiences of Issachar Ilan and his brother, Meir Baum, during and after the Holocaust.

  13. Evelyn Goldstein Woods family collection

    The collection consists of a brooch, correspondence, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Ernst and Herta Loschinski Goldstein and their daughter Evy before and during the Holocaust in Germany, including the years in hiding, and after the war when Herta and Evelyn lived in the Soviet Union, Germany, and the United States, as well as documents relating to the experiences of several family members and friends. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

  14. Lucie Eisenstab Porges family collection

    The collection consists of a drawing relating to the experiences of Lucie and Peter Paul Porges after the war and of certificates, a documents, and a photograph relating to the experiences of Lucie Eisenstab, her parents, Eisig and Jetty, and sister Elfie before the Holocaust in Vienna, Austria, and during and after the Holocaust in Geneva, Switzerland.

  15. Günther Schwarberg collection

    The collection consists of negative strips and copyprints relating to the experiences of Heinrich Jöst, a sergeant in the German Wehrmacht stationed near Warsaw, Poland, and two books.

    The collection consists of World War II era artifacts, documents, and publications.

  17. Iris Avni-Menzer family collection

    The collection consists of tefillin with storage pouch and photographs relating to the experiences of Herta (Iris) Menzer and the Menzer and Steiner families in Nitra, Czechoslovakia, and the surrounding region during and after the Holocaust. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

  18. Isidor and Fanny Bieder collection

    The collection consists of boots, a dress, gloves, jacket, necktie, two purses, shoes, and a wardrobe trunk, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Isidor and Fanny Bieder and their daughters, Frieda and Gertrude, in Vienna, Austria, and during their emigration to the United States via Palestine before and during the Holocaust.

  19. Annette Metis Gallagher family collection

    The collection consists of a headband, a magazine, photographs, and a scrapbook relating to the experiences of Lotte Metis and her children, Annette and Wolfgang, and their May 1939 voyage aboard the MS St. Louis.

  20. Frank Meissner collection

    The collection consists of pins and medals, documents, correspondence, photographs, and a publication relating to the experiences of Frank Meissner before the Holocaust in Trest, Czechoslovakia, during the Holocaust when he emigrated to Scandinavia, and during and after the war in Great Britain when he served n the Czech Air Force for the Czech government in exile.
