Scope and Content

Leaflet printed on newspaper announcing a mass meeting concerning "Workers in Italy Today" and "Workers in Germany Today." Announcement contains speakers who will be Guiseppe E. Modigliani "foremost opponent of Fascism" and Gerhard Seger, former member of the German Reichstag who escaped from a "Hitler concentration camp. Meeting held under the "auspices of the San Francisco Joint Board of the International Ladies' Garment Worker's Union...and the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America.
