Blue velour border along sides and bottom, central tan area with crown flanked by two lions either side above Hebrew inscription, velcro fastener, may have metallic fringe; "With thanks to the Lord/From the work of their/hands-in honor of/our brothern, the/donors in America-/this was executed by/the students of the/Vocational School in/Lvov./Lvov, in the year 1938."
