The slip was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1992 by Lola Teitel, the sister of Pearl Libatter.

Worn by Lola Teitel during hiding with her sister, Pearl Libatter, in the forests of Chodorow, Poland, for approximately one and a half years up until 1944-1945.
