Ya'akov Hazan (1899-1992) was an Israeli politician and social activist. He was a central figure Kibutz Haartzi movement and one of the founders of MAPAM party.

Acquisition

Source of acquisition is the Hashomer Hatzair Archives, Yad Yaari, Israel, Record Group 95-30. The reproduction was completed as a joint project with Yad Vashem. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received this collection via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in July 2014.

Scope and Content

Personal archives of Yaakov Hazan (1899-1992) contains his personal documents, correspondence, publications in various newspapers and magazines on Zionism, the HeHalutz and Labor Movement.
