Square piece of fabric with a scalloped crochet border that is possibly a handkerchief created by the donor's maternal grandmother Elvira Froelich Morgenstern (b. 1881) for her daughter Ilse Loeb (1925-2019, nee Morgenstern). The piece was given to Ilse when she left Vienna and is embroidered with her name.
