Ghetto-Gemeinde/als../../taetig ist./Leiter des Amtes/Vilijampole, den .8 Jun 1942. 1942"; verso: "Dieser Ausweis ist gueltig bis zum/.1942 VII. 8./Leiter des Amtes/Verlaengert bis zum/../Leiter des Amtes [repeated twice]."
