Black text against diagonal stripes, blue and black ink handwriting; Nr. 310; issued to Mieczyslaw Flaum by the "Polish Union of Ex-Political Prisoners of Hitler's Prisons and Concentration Camps"; stamped, twice, in red ink, with organization's seal (red triangular shape with letter "P" at center); Olsztyn, Poland; February 5, 1947 (date of entrance to organization) and March 10, 1947 (issue date of document).
