Contains an International Brigades Military Booklet issued to Matias Morgenstern on December 9, 1937, upon his induction into the XIII Brigade, in the reserve battalion, 2a company; a certificate, dated February 11, 1939, issued in Perpignan, France by the League of Nations, stating that Matias Morgenstern was placed in the camp St. Cyprian; a certificate, dated March 13, 1946, issued by the Repatriation Committee in Alma Ata, Kazakhstan, to Matias Morgenstern and his daughter Lida, born in 1942; and a certificate, dated March 13, 1946, issued by the Repatriation Committee in Alma Ata, Kazakhstan to Estera Bronia Knopf, daughter of Ozjasz.
