Acquisition
The papers were donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum by Cyrla Elefant in 1999.
Scope and Content
The papers consist of 27 postcards dated 1938 to 1940 written by members of the Elefant family to and from Nazi-occupied Poland and two photographs taken in Dachau concentration camp after liberation in April 1945.
