Source of acquisition is the Landesgericht Steyr (State Court in Steyr), Upper Austria, Austria. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in June 2020.

Arranged in two group: 1. KG (Kreisgericht) Steyr Vr 132/66 gg. Ferdinand HUEMER (Illegalität und Beteiligung an einem Sprengstoffanschlag am Hauptplatz von Enns im Jänner 1934. Der Beschuldigte HUEMER erteilte Johann MÜHLBERGER den Auftrag zur Durchführung. Verdacht der Begehung von NS-Gewaltverbrechen an Häftlingen des Außenlagers St. Valentin (Komplex Mauthausen) durch HUEMER) [one file]; 2. KG (Kreisgericht) Steyr Vr 318/66 gg. Johannes PLOMBOM (Beteiligung an der Ermordung eines Geistlichen (angeblich Dr. Fritz LUKOWSKY - auch LUKOVSKY) im Außenlager Sollstedt des KZ Buchenwald im Jahre 1944) [one file].
