Source of acquisition is the Landesgericht Krems an der Donau (Regional Court Krems an der Donau), Lower Austria. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in June 2020.

Rupert MANDL und andere Beschuldigte ( Beteiligung an der Ermordung von Jüdinnen und Juden sowie Angehörigen der Zivilbevölkerung in Serbien und Mazedonien) [includes records from Landesgericht (LG) Linz Vg 10 Vr 1110/54 gegen Rupert MANDL] [one file]; 2. Landesgericht (LG) Krems 17 Vr 563/94 gg. Otto Edmund IFLAND (Beteiligung an der Erschießung von 61 politischen Häftlingen des Zuchthauses Stein durch eine SS-Einheit am 7. April 1945 in Hadersdorf am Kamp) [one file]. Organized chronologically and by the court case. The cover sheet precedes each case file. Files include the name and personal data of each defendant, a summary of the case including the criminal charges, a description of the crime(s), as well as the judicial history of each case. The cover sheets were digitized at the beginning of each file and are also available as a separate finding aid.
