Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
The rectangular frame is metal on the front and side with blue velvet is on the back. The bottom of the front of the frame is engraved with letters. The stand is covered with blue velvet, the ribbon is detached. There is a piece of clear tape on the top of the frame. The image is of Henry Morgenthau seated in a chair with a young child, Henry Morgenthau Jr on his lap. Henry Morgenthau Sr is middle aged with dark hair and facial hair, dress in a white shirt, dark suite and vest. Henry Morgenthau Jr is dressed in a white dress and dark boots. Below the image is the photographer's information reading "13 AND 15 WEST 24TH ST/ MADISON SQUARE" a signature is to the left of the address.
