Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Frame is made of a dark rectangular front with a rounded top. There is a deco design etched on the front. The back is a yellow plated metal with a stand cut and bent from the same sheet of metal. The photo is inserted from the top with a sheet of plastic covering it. The photo is blurred and is of a young girl. She has hark hair in a bob with a ribbon headband with some sort of decoration. Her head is directed to the proper right. She is wearing a light colored dress with a wide peter pan collar and four fabric covered buttons at the collar descending down the center line.
