Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
The thin rectangular frame is made from wood with a gold-colored paint wash. The frame is carved with a wreath design along the outer edge. The sides are cargved with one deep channel which is painted black. The back is covered in plastic with two metal rings in the upper right and left corners. The stands is torn away with part of the ribbon remaining. The image behind the glass on the front is a sepia-toned painted portraint of a child with dark hair in a bob. The child is wearing a light colored top with a shaw collar tied in the front with a darker overshirt or jacket.
