Velvet; cut on a slight diagonal; bound with light blue fabric cord (stitched to edges); yellow satin strip stitch across bottom; 5 metal pins attached to patch with metal fasteners (piercing through back): top pin is German National Insignia, 4 small diamond shaped 3-dimensional pins below in 2 rows with German National Insignia on top; canvas (?) backing, paper tag: white with light blue printing ("RZM" upper left), purple ink stamp, Upper right "264", black, lower center "No 409189"; preprinting in German, center.
