The papers were acquired by Frank A. Magid while serving as a Staff Sergeant with the 516 EVAC Hospital Unit of the 7th Army that liberated Dachau and were donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2005 by Frank A. Magid.
Scope and Content
The papers include German documents, a flier printed by the French resistance movement, and photographs and copy prints taken in Dachau concentration camp immediately following liberation.
