The strongbox was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1992 by Rabbi and Mrs. Eugene Lipman, on behalf of the Estate of Manfred Lövin.

Used by Manfred Lövin to transport his personal belongings from Germany to the United States, 1939.
