Soft cover ; 128 p. , ill. , ports. ; 26 cm. The front cover has a caricature of a Jew in a black robe with a long beard and one outstretched hand holding gold coins, and a whip in the other. There is a small inset map of the Soviet Union with red sickle and hammer.
