Acquisition

Gerald and Florence Schumacher donated this collection to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on Nov. 20, 2006. Ernest Brod was Gerald Schumacher's first step-cousin once removed.

Scope and Content

Consists of four photographs of Lily and Ernest Brod taken in Budapest, Hungary, between 1930 and 1940; and photographs of their April 1940 immigration to the United States.
