Pin of the Winterhilfswerk Des Deutschen Volkes [Winter Relief Agency of the German People], a public charity fundraising organization established in Germany by the Nazi Party in 1933. In addition to fundraising, the organization was used by the Nazi regime to promote Volksgemeinschaft, a sense of community among the German people.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Circular, silver-colored, stamped metal pin. There is an impressed design at center of an eagle colored with black ink. Impressed at the top is a circle with short rays, colored with red ink, with raised numbers in silver in center. There are impressed numbers to the left and right of the circle, colored with black ink. Impressed at bottom, small German text, colored with black ink. Back has a spring pin.
