Tag der Arbeit [Labor Day pin issued in Germany in 1934 to commemorate Labor Day, May 1. The holiday was established in 1933 by the Nazi Government.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Circular, bronze colored, metal pin. Top center has embossed head of a man in full face. The lower section of pin has embossed design of a sledge hammer, an eagle holding in its claws a wreath with a swastika in its center, and a sickle. German text is embossed around border at upper left and right, with numbers at bottom. Back has pin clasp attached with solder.
