United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Johanna J. Neumann. Preserved by Hertha Schickler, the fiancé of Mr. Rothstein

Written to Hertha Schickler (donor's aunt) by unknown author, January 1939. Johanna J. Neumann found the letter among her aunt's papers in Feb. 1997 and donated the material to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1997.

Scope and Content

The letter concerns an affidavit of support for Ernst Rothstein, a victim in a concentration camp, and was written to Hertha Shickler by a member of the firm Bendix, Luitweiler & Co.
