Scope and Content

Black ink drawing depicting a woman (a caption identifies her as Flo Gilbert) sitting in a deck chair on the SS. Washington. It is one of several pieces depicting the S.S. Washington in July 1948. The artwork is part of a ollection of documents, photographs, artifacts and artwork documenting the experiences of Doris Rauch and Norbert Troller (Doris Rauch's uncle) and their families' experiences during the Holocaust.
