United States Holocaust Memorial Museum

Acquisition

Robert S. Hyman, Executive Director of the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond, Virginia, donated the photographs to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in September 1988.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of copyprints taken after the liberation of the Buchenwald concentration camp by the United States Army in April 1945.
