Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu (Institute of National Remembrance-Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation), Sygn.163. Deposited to the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej from the various Polish courts. United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives purchased microfilm copies of selected files in 1991. The Archives received the microfilm in April 1992.
