Biographical History
This is a witness interview of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Perpetrators, Collaborators, and Witnesses: The Jeff and Toby Herr Testimony Initiative, a multi-year project to record the testimonies of non-Jewish witnesses to the Holocaust. Wendy Lower, on behalf of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, coordinated the interview with Ludwig Huber and Erika Huber in Germany on July 27, 2011. The interview was received by the Museum's Oral History Branch in 2011.
