Box (a) with two dividers (b-c); box is wooden rectangle with hinged lid, held closed by two hook and eye closures; "P.A. I" is written in black ink at top; "P.A.I 1-17" is written at top of one of the short sides; tape with "P.I" is attached to center top of front side; interior has a label with numbers along one side, 5-46 are visible; corrugated cardboard has been inserted inside the lid; two dividers (b-c) inside box; dividers are fiberboard rectangles with remnants of tape along one long edge each; cardstock dividers were located inside the box.
