Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Green felt/wool cap (missing brim) with black trim. Has metal Nazi eagle with swastika on front, below is addtional circular metal object with red center. Two metal buttons on either side, on right side has piece of leather still attached to button. Interior has satin lining almost completely detached.
