Occupation currency, valued at 50 kroner, issued in Denmark by the German occupation regime in 1942. Denmark was occupied by Germany from April 9, 1940, to May 5, 1945.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Rectangular paper currency. On recto, a white background with yellow text and a blue decorative border with swastika medallions in the corners. In the lower center is an on point square with the numerical denomination 50. In the upper center is a medallion with a male and a female bust, a sailing vessel below, and an on point square with the denomination 50 on either side. On verso, a decorative motif with a yellow background with white border and blue text and 9 medallions arranged in a diamond pattern. Two of the medallions represent the denomination; 7 are of various insignia, chiefly Nazi party symbols.
