Collection of documents: relating to the Baer family from Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany; among them a list of items taken by the family leaving Germany; vaccination certificates; copy of a letter asking to release Berthold Baer (donor's father) from the Buchenwald concentration camp; Photographs: depicting Werner Simon (donor's maternal uncle), his wife Ruth, and son Dan, and maternal grandmother Clara Simon; only Clara Simon survived Theresienstadt camp; manuscript of the book "A Grateful Refugee" written by the donor.
