Ethnic Germans (Volksdeutsch) return to Germany from the Soviet Union. Long line of horse-drawn carts traveling through heavy snow. Nazi officers greet refugees as they cross a bridge in their carts. These Volkdeutsch are from Volynia in Western Russia.
