Note(s)
Other credits: Ton: Erich Doelle; Tricks: Bernhard Huth The film passed censorship on January 21, 1936. Title might be translated as "Merchant, not Peddler" - as the film advocates for German commerce and the small business man over the transient East European Jews. "Kaufmann" and "Haendler" can both be translated as merchant or trader, but there is clearly an intended antisemitic connotation.
