Rear views only, counsel for Fritz Sauckel, Dr. Robert Servatius, makes a plea before the Tribunal, requesting that the defending counsels be given copies of the evidence. Pan to Tribunal as Chief Justice Geoffrey Lawrence requests the counsel to clear up some points and then again when the Chief Justice asks US prosecutor Thomas J. Dodd about his notes on the evidence. MLS, Dr. Servatius continues his plea. At the conclusion, Chief Justice Lawrence assures him that he will be supplied with any document which is referred to in the interrogation of witnesses.
