The pamphlet gives an overview of the political situation of Germany after the events of November 1918 and its consequences. It propagates neither the rule of the Junkers nor the rule of the capital. Social policy is called for. Eight-hour work days, provisions for the unemployed, workers’ representation and other improvements are propagated.
