Die Juden in Worms

It is claimed that a gravestone unearthed in 1740 had the Hebrew date of 581 BC. However, the author gives arguments to doubt this claim. The second chapter discusses the synagogue of Worms, the oldest in Germany, its design, architecture and rich history.
