Scope and Content
"Martin Bubers Weg in unsere Zeit" is about the life of the philosopher Martin Buber. In order to structure his life, the author Walter Nigg divides it into three stages/stations, describing the first one with the word "Kultur" (culture). This station led Martin Buber through knowledge gains to the second station "religiöse Erneuerung" (religious renewal), in which, among other things, Hasidism played a major role for Martin Buber. Finally, after culture and religion, he turned to the third station "Wirklichkeit" ("reality"), which as "ganze Wirklichkeit" (whole reality) also had to do with God, the world and man.
